I'll tell you what 'ya gotta do ...... Fill up the tub with steamy hot water, add bubbles, cozy down into the bubbly SUDS, have a hot cup of coffe alongside the tub, and just SOAK! Sing a song, say a prayer, talk out loud to yourself .... and God, and let the sadness and tears flow ...... You'll step out of that bath feeling .... better, ready to face another day..... a new you. ...........................................................
